Foundry, a top South Florida general contractor, seeks a Project Executive to lead major ground-up high-rise initiatives in Miami. You will work with ownership, clients, design teams and field leaders to drive delivery and profitability on landmark projects.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in commercial construction, a proven track record delivering vertical high-rise work, and exceptional leadership of large project teams under demanding schedules.

Qualifications

• Ground-up high-rise experience required.
• Proven ability to lead large project teams and coordinate with ownership, clients and design teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, risk and change management.

Responsibilities

• Executive oversight of large-scale ground-up high-rise projects.
• Lead Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and project teams.
• Own project financial performance, contracts, and risk management.
• Manage client and owner relationships and with design teams and field leadership.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor buyout and change management.
• Ensure safety and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Mentor and develop project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
