Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead Client Service and Fund Accounting for Private Equity clients in our Dallas operation. You will shape the client experience, manage complex relationships, and build a high-performing team delivering best-in-class service.

You will drive strategic initiatives, monitor margins, and align service delivery with KPIs and fund documents while collaborating with senior management on growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years private equity experience in fund administration or fund management.
• Experience in managing client relationships and/or controllership in alternative asset management.
• Deep technical expertise in private assets fund accounting, fund structures, and related operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for prestige Private Equity clients.
• Act as trusted advisor; identify opportunities to enhance service and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a growing team supporting private assets clients.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic business development and client pitches.
• Monitor and own gross margins; drive growth in client wallet share.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and fund documents.
• Oversee staffing, coaching, and development of team members.
