Job summary

Evergreen seeks an EVP Pipeline and Construction to lead an integrated platform spanning acquisitions, development, construction, and asset management. You will drive cross-functional execution, resource allocation, and risk management while aligning with the company’s 10-year growth objectives.

You will implement standardized stage-gate processes, oversee multiple teams, and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards to stabilize assets and optimize portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• MBA or related master’s preferred.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale development pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the executive pipeline and construction platform across acquisitions, development, construction, and asset management.
• Drive EOS implementation, planning, and accountability across functions.
• Ensure stage-gate processes with defined criteria from deal identification to stabilized operations.
• Oversee resource allocation, budget adherence, and timely project delivery.
• Build and maintain a real-time deal status dashboard for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate handoffs between development, construction, and asset management to avoid gaps.
