Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking an EVP Pipeline and Construction to lead an integrated operating platform that connects acquisitions, development, asset management and construction. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle for ~15 deals per year, from acquisition through stabilized operations.

The role requires senior leadership, resource allocation discipline, and a proven ability to scale construction and development operations while maintaining strict budget and timeline controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years in real estate operations with development, construction, asset management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive ownership of pipeline, 15–20 projects annually from acquisition to stabilized operations.
• Align cross‑functional teams across development, acquisitions, construction, and asset management.
• Drive EOS implementation and quarterly planning to ensure accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Standardize processes, dashboards, and stage‑gate governance across all development teams.
• Allocate resources and resolve conflicts to keep progress on schedule and budget.
• Oversee handoffs between development, construction, and asset management to ensure data integrity.
