Job summary

VulcanForms seeks a Vice President of Physical Security to own and mature our enterprise security strategy across Devens, MA facilities and future sites. You will safeguard multi‑million dollar assets, IP, and confidential customer products, setting the vision while remaining a hands‑on executive, and coordinating emergency response within HSSE.

Lead strategy, budget and systems for access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, badging, and visitor management; manage vendors; ensure ITAR/CMMC

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive physical security leadership at high-value facilities.
• Experience at director/VP level in advanced manufacturing or defense sectors.
• Hands-on familiarity with ITAR/CMMC, access control, VMS, and perimeter security.
• Proven ability to lead 24/7 security teams and executive risk discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CPP/PSP or IC trainings valued.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year security vision, budget, and enterprise systems across facilities.
• Manage security vendors, report security posture to exec leadership.
• Architect containment, access controls, and secure transfer for sensitive assets.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, drills, and emergency response coordination.
• Build and direct a 24/7 security team with site policies and post orders.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies; ITAR/CMMC compliance.
• Coordinate identity management, logistics security, and workplace safety.
