Clin-Path Associates, PLC and Clin-Path Diagnostics, LLC seek a Senior Vice President of Operations to drive executive leadership across lab, physician practice, IT, and business support functions. You will partner with the Board to translate strategic priorities into practical operational plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or related environment.
• Experience leading complex operations across multiple departments/sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive operations for Clin-Path Associates and Clin-Path Diagnostics.
• Translate Board direction into actionable operational plans and performance targets.
• Oversee laboratory, physician practice, IT, finance, HR, and revenue cycle coordination.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance, financial sustainability, and patient care quality.
• Monitor performance and guide strategic initiatives in alignment with Board priorities.
