Job summary

This executive role partners with ownership, influences development planning, leasing, marketing, and asset lifecycle, and builds scalable systems while leading teams to achieve 3,000–5,000+ units performance.

Qualifications

• Proven VP-level, regional, or executive multifamily property management experience.
• Experience overseeing a 3,000–5,000+ unit multifamily portfolio.
• Strong understanding of the full multifamily lifecycle (development to asset sales).
• Experience building teams and implementing property management systems and best practices.
• Financial and operational expertise including P&L, budgeting, KPIs, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take executive ownership of the company's multifamily property management division and portfolio performance.
• Evaluate operations, identify gaps, and implement scalable systems, processes, and policies.
• Establish organizational structure, responsibilities, and accountability across the platform.
• Lead P&L management, budgeting, staffing, and strategic operations.
• Develop leasing, marketing strategies and oversee leasing performance.
• Guide asset lifecycle from leasing through disposition and optimize performance.
