Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Associate Vice President of Accounting, Finance Planning and Analysis to lead FP&A for a high-growth organization. You will own budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and financial modeling, partnering with executive leadership to drive optimal business decisions and strategic initiatives.

You will manage monthly closes, board reporting, and cross-functional analysis, while guiding a team and ensuring accuracy across financial statements and covenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of ten years in Finance.
• Minimum of seven years in a leadership role with supervisory responsibility of five+.
• Hands-on financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with PrismHR and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, OneStream).

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close and management reporting for board materials.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, including corporate model ownership.
• Enhance long-range planning and forecasting processes.
• Partner with SVP FP&A to improve tools and reports.
• Prepare quarterly Board materials and respond to follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain interactive models forecasting 1, 3, and 5 years.
• Provide analytics to support strategic decision making.
• Manage FP&A team and onboarding of new reporting matters.
• Coordinate with accounting for certifications and covenants.
• Travel for onsite meetings and events as needed.
