Memorial Hermann is seeking a senior leader to oversee enterprise-wide clinical risk management, coordinating risk mitigation across hospitals and ambulatory settings. The role provides strategic direction and collaborates with legal, quality, patient safety, and clinical operations to reduce risk and elevate patient care.

The position requires extensive experience in clinical risk management, strong program management, and the ability to communicate complex information to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MSN, MHA, MBA, MPH or JD).
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in clinical risk management or clinical quality role.
• Must have strong program management experience and healthcare regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present complex information to executives.

Responsabilités

• Establish proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating clinical risks across all hospitals and ambulatory settings.
• Develop enterprise standards for clinical risk management practices and tools.
• Oversee event reporting system and ensure timely investigation of significant adverse events.
• Advise executive leadership on significant clinical risks.
