5C Data Centers is seeking a Vice President, Construction to lead a lean Construction Delivery organization and establish consistent field execution standards across North America. You will integrate closely with Planning & Development, Pre-Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to guide large, power-driven campuses from development through turnover.

This executive role requires strong field leadership, strategic judgment, and the ability to bring order to ambiguity in a rapidly

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience in data centers or large capital programs.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent, complex construction projects with accountability for safety, schedule, cost, quality and turnover.
• Executive-level communication, commercial judgment, negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder leadership.

Mansioni

• Own safe, on-time construction execution from GC mobilization through turnover and customer handover.
• Lead a lean Construction Delivery team supporting multiple high-value projects.
• Partner with Pre-Construction, Procurement, Legal, and Commercial teams on strategy and risk.
• Establish field standards, roles, escalation paths, and succession plans for field leadership.
• Drive cross-functional integration and disciplined issue resolution to protect delivery dates.
