Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an accomplished executive to lead its Addiction Services portfolio, reporting to the President of Behavioral Services. The VP will shape strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance across inpatient and outpatient addiction care within a large, distributed network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred with 10+ years of senior leadership in addiction treatment.
• Deep knowledge of addiction services operations, finance, workforce management, and health IT.
• Proven ability to lead complex organizational change across hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Strong relationship-building skills and dyad leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Epic and enterprise IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Addiction Services in a dyadic partnership with Medical Director to drive strategy and care across the continuum.
• Maintain accountability with clear performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including recruitment, deployment, performance and development.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and licensing compliance across the division.
• Drive budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial oversight.
