Job summary

Via Credit Union is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) to join the Executive Leadership Team, partnering with the CEO to drive organizational performance, lending strategy, and long‑term growth. The EVP will provide enterprise‑wide leadership across major functions, including lending, risk, and operations, championing innovation, strategic planning, and member value while maintaining financial stability.

The role follows a Tuesday–Saturday noon schedule unless otherwise noted.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services.
• Demonstrated success managing diverse lending portfolios and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, financial performance, risk management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term organizational strategy with the CEO and ELT.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to advance growth, innovation, and member value.
• Oversee lending programs, pricing, product development, and portfolio performance.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across functions.
• Mentor leaders, drive operational excellence, and modernization of lending workflows.
• Represent the credit union in communities and industry forums.
• Drive performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
