Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Leaves & Disability, & Supplemental Health.

This executive will define strategy, drive growth, and lead lifecycle management for absence, disability, and supplemental health product lines, collaborating with multiple functions to deliver differentiated solutions. You will shape enterprise product governance, manage pricing and profitability, and lead a high‑performing team while aligning with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within employee benefits, health benefits, disability, absence management, health accounts, insurance, or related industries.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the long‑term product strategy and roadmap for Leaves & Disability, & Supplemental Health.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including product design, pricing strategy, implementation, and sunset decisions.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and portfolio optimization activities.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing product management organization.
• Ensure products remain competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned to customer expectations.
