Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-property hotel operations with increasing leadership scope.
• Ability to improve guest satisfaction and operating margins simultaneously.
• Hands-on operational experience across housekeeping, engineering and front office.
• P&L fluency: budgeting, forecasting, labor management, variance analysis.
• Field-forward presence: regular property visits and accountable leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute prioritized GSS improvement initiatives across a Panama City Beach portfolio.
• Drive preventative maintenance discipline and develop CapEx planning.
• Strengthen housekeeping execution and align labor to occupancy and service expectations.
• Improve front-desk service recovery and hold GMs accountable to standards.
• Drive GM accountability with monthly reviews and results-driven cadence.
• Support capital projects with budget discipline and contractor accountability.
