Job summary

Verde seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead field operations across multiple markets, partnering with the COO to execute strategic plans. You will direct Operations Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to deliver consistently high-quality service and leadership development.

Approximately 75% in the field with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, you will coach leaders, build relationships, and drive measurable results while maintaining strong customer partnerships and executive-level

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent executive leadership experience.
8+ years of progressive operations leadership in multi-site service organizations.
Bilingual proficiency required: English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proven success leading leaders across multiple geographic regions and strong financial/P&L management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as Verde's senior field operations leader, partnering with the COO to execute the operational strategy across regions.
Directly lead Operations Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to ensure high-quality service and leadership development.
Spend ~75% of time in the field coaching leaders, building relationships, solving problems, and driving results.
Lead leadership development: recruitment, coaching, succession planning, and inclusive high-performing culture.
Build executive-level customer relationships and support major customer implementations and transitions.
Drive regional financial performance, staffing strategies, budgeting, and performance dashboards.
