Job summary

PureSky Energy is seeking a Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, M&A and Strategy to drive growth across North America. You will spearhead mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and long-term value creation, reporting to the CEO and Board.

The role targets 500 MW to 1 GW of owned assets, leading integration of acquired platforms and managing capital markets strategy, investment governance, and post-merger integration with a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 15+ years in corporate development, M&A or related fields.
• 7–10 years of renewable energy transaction experience.
• Proven track record in complex acquisitions and platform roll-ups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A activities including sourcing, diligence, valuation, negotiations and closing.
• Develop capital planning and underwriting models for portfolio milestones.
• Prepare materials for Boards, ICs, and investors.
• Oversee post-merger integration and organizational scaling.
