Job summary

PureSky Energy is seeking a Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, M&A and Strategy to drive North American growth through strategic acquisitions, portfolio optimization and capital allocation.

You will partner with the CEO and Board to lead transaction execution, capital markets strategy, and post-merger integration, targeting scale from existing assets to expanded ownership and performance across community solar and energy storage.

Qualifications

15+ years in corporate development, M&A, renewable energy, infrastructure investing, private equity, investment banking, or project finance.
7–10 years direct renewable energy transaction experience with community solar, distributed generation, and energy storage.
Proven track record leading complex acquisitions, platform roll-ups, portfolio buyouts, and joint ventures in clean energy.
In-depth expertise in project finance modeling, debt structuring, tax equity, corporate capital raises, and underwriting standards.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end M&A activities including sourcing, diligence, valuation, contract negotiations, structuring, and closing for platforms, portfolios and carve-outs.
Develop and oversee multi-year capital deployment models and evaluate capital raises, JV structures, tax equity, and growth equity to reach milestones.
Prepare materials for and present to Boards, Investment Committees, and investors; advise CEO and Board on growth roadmaps and strategic financing.
