Job summary

J&T seeks an accomplished Senior VP to drive corporate growth, M&A, and long-range strategy across community solar and energy storage initiatives. You will shepherd acquisition roadmaps, strategic partnerships, and capital planning, reporting to the CEO and Board.

In this executive role, you will lead a cross-functional team, shape investment governance, and position J&T as a leading consolidator in the distributed generation sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or other advanced credential preferred for senior leadership role.
• Minimum 15 years in corporate development, M&A, renewable energy, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex transactions and building teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate development, M&A, and strategy across the organization.
• Develop prioritized acquisition roadmaps and value creation plans.
• Collaborate with CEO, Board, and executives on capital allocation.
• Guide integration and governance for platform and portfolio acquisitions.
