Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, or related operations.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience across multiple sites with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for contract logistics across multiple facilities.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Establish standards, KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets for the network.
• Drive cost control, productivity, and safety while maintaining service quality.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee safety, quality, compliance, and risk management programs.
