Reporting to the Global Creative Director, you will nurture talent, oversee budgets, collaborate with editorial, sales, and production, and drive high-impact visual storytelling across platforms. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set the Visuals strategy for Vogue across the US and Mexico and align with Global Creative Director.
• Lead visuals team across markets, guiding projects from concept to delivery.
• Oversee photo shoots, budgets, vendors, and CMS publication workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, advertising, editorial, visual, web, and video teams.
• Mentor talent and foster a transparent, inclusive team environment.
