Qualifications

15+ years in visual display and merchandising within luxury or specialty retail.
Strong executive communication and leadership experience.
Deep understanding of luxury brand standards and codes.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of store interiors and windows across the Americas.
Partner with Paris and global teams to translate directives into Americas branding.
Direct visual direction for new stores, renovations and flagship installations.
Oversee large-scale events, pop-ups, and projects extending beyond retail.
Manage regional visual display budgets and vendor relationships.
Mentor and develop regional visual leadership teams and talent.
