Job summary

VMGROUPE is seeking a senior visual designer to lead cohesive brand visuals across digital and print from our New York office. You will deliver 3 strong concepts, craft mood boards, and drive design execution for campaigns, websites, packaging, and social assets.

Collaborate with directors, photographers, and developers to ensure on-brand outcomes. The role requires 5+ years agency experience, expert Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills, and a sharp aesthetic aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Five or more years as a visual designer in an agency or strong brand setting.
• Proven ability to develop successful concepts and visuals.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with AI tools and design trends.
• Proficient with collaboration tools: Dropbox, Monday.com, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative directors and strategists to brainstorm visual concepts.
• Translate ideas into visual frameworks aligned with brand identity.
• Develop mood boards, style guides, and prototypes to communicate direction.
• Lead UX/UI design collaboration with developers for digital platforms.
• Produce assets across website, social, banners, emails, and packaging.
• Coordinate with photographers and videographers for on-brand imagery.
• Ensure consistency with client marketing strategy and targets.
• Adapt designs for mobile, desktop, and print formats.
• Conduct QA checks and prepare files for production.
• Utilize data to refine visuals and test design effectiveness.
