Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
• 10+ years of communications experience with executive visibility, thought leadership, media relations, or reputation management.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives and developing executive-level communications.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills, including speeches and op-eds.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing across matrixed organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a comprehensive executive visibility strategy aligned with Humana's priorities.
• Develop the Chief Medical Officer's external narrative for media, forums, and social channels.
• Identify opportunities to position clinical leaders as experts on healthcare quality and policy.
• Counsel and prepare executives for media interviews, conferences, and investor events.
• Lead creation of speeches, thought leadership content, and talking points.
• Monitor trends to identify visibility opportunities and risks.
