Tangerine Travel, a full-service travel management company based in Bothell, Washington, is seeking an Executive VIP Corporate Travel Agent to join our team. This is a full-time role with potential for remote work if located outside Washington state.

The candidate will coordinate end-to-end travel for high-profile executives, manage client relationships, plan itineraries, and ensure travel policy compliance while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a corporate travel agent servicing VIP/executive clients.
• Deep knowledge of airlines, hotels, ground transportation, and travel trends.
• Strong attention to detail to create accurate itineraries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives and suppliers.
• Proficient with Sabre GDS and other booking systems.
• Team player able to collaborate with colleagues and partners.
• Relevant travel industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end travel for executive clients using Sabre.
• Build strong relationships with VIP travelers and suppliers.
• Create detailed itineraries considering meetings and time zones.
• Ensure travel policies are followed and optimize costs.
• Handle disruptions with professional crisis management.
• Assist with travel expenses and reimbursements.
• Leverage travel tech to streamline booking processes.
