Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Vice President of Preconstruction in Falls Church, VA. This senior leader will direct estimating, bidding, and virtual construction, driving standards, processes, and risk management across all pursuits.

You will partner with Operations and Executive Leadership to support growth and client satisfaction. The role requires a proven track record in commercial construction leadership, BIM capabilities, and strong communication with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all Preconstruction, Estimating, Bidding Services, and Virtual Construction functions across the organization.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of standards, processes, and best practices for preconstruction activities.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing, risk management, and client engagement across large-scale pursuits.
