• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership in commercial construction or preconstruction roles.
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale pursuits and portfolios.
• Strong executive presence and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Preconstruction, Estimating, Bidding, and Virtual Construction.
• Oversee over $40B in annual bid volume with focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Develop and improve companywide preconstruction standards and processes.
• Lead pursuit strategies, estimating methodologies, and client engagement plans.
• Direct conceptual to GMP estimates and analyze project costs and risks.
• Present budgets and recommendations to clients and stakeholders; supervise transitions to construction.
