Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a Vice President of Culinary Operations to oversee all casino dining outlets and in-room dining. You will be responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, and developing culinary staff while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

This role requires 10-15 years in food and beverage operations, with a strong emphasis on leadership and financial management. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume settings, preferably in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in high-volume food and beverage operations.
• 5 years executive chef experience in a 4-star or 5-star establishment.
• Extensive background in casino or hotel settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and establish food and beverage budgets.
• Manage multiple culinary concepts simultaneously.
• Build a culture of collaboration across culinary teams.
