Qualifications

  • 5+ years of large-scale portfolio management experience in community association management.
  • 10+ years of progressive senior executive leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
  • PCAM designation preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive industry experience.
  • Proven track record leading organizational change management, team restructuring, and systems integration under private equity or high-growth environments.
  • Distinct blend of executive presence, sharp financial acumen, and growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all community operations, customer-facing functions, and deliverables to ensure best-in-class resident experience and operational consistency across a large-scale portfolio.
  • Partner with corporate leadership to drive retention strategies, launch revenue-generating initiatives, and support growth.
  • Spearhead internal change management and corporate systems integration across platforms.
  • Drive performance and accountability through key operational metrics, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and budgeting alignment.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on leadership development and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with executive accounting leadership to ensure seamless financial services delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, board members, vendors, and industry partners.

A rapidly growing, premier real estate and community management organization is seeking a dynamic, strategic Executive Vice President to lead overall business operations and resident experience for its largest portfolio in San Antonio, TX. Reporting directly to the President of Operations, this executive will serve as a key change agent and culture champion, driving operational excellence, client retention, team development, and systems integration across approximately 200 single-family communities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished, results-driven industry leader who excels at balancing high-level strategic growth with hands-on operational execution. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path for executive impact and long-term career progression within a rapidly scaling business.

  • Compensation & Benefits: $175,000–$225,000 per year (with target flexibility for exceptional candidates) + fixed 15% annual bonus, Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days), 401(k) matching, wellness programs, paid parental leave, training assistance, and PTO.
  • Relocation: Up to a $15,000 lump-sum relocation assistance package for qualified out-of-market candidates.
  • Location: Located on-site at the regional headquarters in San Antonio, TX.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, board members, vendors, and industry association partners.
Qualifications
