Job summary

• Terminal degree and ten or more years of leadership in nursing education.
• Proven experience with accreditation processes and compliance.
• Strong track record in strategic planning and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for academic programs including new development and approvals.
• Oversee program quality, methods, accreditation activities and policy implementation.
• Represent the SON in local, state and national organizations and collaborations.
• Coordinate data collection and assessment to align with SON goals and university policies.
• Lead budgeting, resource allocation and faculty development initiatives.
