World Travel, Inc. is seeking an Executive Travel Consultant to arrange complex domestic and international travel for our prestigious clients.

The role emphasizes tailoring itineraries to client preferences, advising on travel requirements, and ensuring policy compliance from initial reservation through completion of the trip. This non-exempt, full-time position can be virtual or in-office in Exton, PA, with a strong focus on delivering flawless travel experiences and proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Arrange complex domestic and international travel for our most prestigious corporate client(s), including air, car rental, hotel, other ground transportation, transfers, etc.
• Advise client of international travel requirements (passport, visa, inoculations, etc.)
• Ensure understanding of client travel policy, guidelines, authorization requirements, procedures, etc.
• Process airline upgrades
• Purchase tickets using preferred program points
• Reconfirm 100% of the reservations for accuracy and to ensure a positive travel experience
• Monitor travelers’ flights via our 3rd party application
• Provide Extra Value Services – e.g., Dinner Reservations, Tee Times
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers
• Counsel client on security, regulations, savings opportunities and routing options
