Zusammenfassung

CTM NA is seeking an experienced Travel Counselor to arrange domestic and international travel for business travelers. Responsibilities include bookings across air, rail, car, hotel, and related services, while delivering exceptional customer service and strict adherence to CTM policies.

You will utilize GDS tools, maintain passenger profiles, handle changes, and collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure accurate, timely reservations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years travel counselor experience booking corporate travel.
• Experience with Sabre GDS required.
• Experience with the Amadeus GDS is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate travel bookings across air, rail, car, hotel, and related services.
• Communicate with customers to determine destinations, dates, and budgets.
• Prepare passenger profiles and update travel documents.
• Apply travel policy and approve tickets with guidance from leadership.
• Ensure reservations are accurate and comply with CTM procedures.
• Use GDS tools to quote costs and process payments per policy.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and attendance.
