Zusammenfassung

CTM NA is seeking a skilled Travel Advisor to provide comprehensive travel services for corporate travelers, arranging air, ground transportation, hotel, and related needs. You will communicate to determine requirements, process bookings, and maintain accuracy across reservations.

You will work in a collaborative team, utilize GDS tools, and uphold CTM policies while delivering exceptional customer service. Flexible/Hybrid onsite options may be available.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years travel counselor experience booking corporate/business travel.
• Experience with Sabre GDS required.
• Experience with Amadeus GDS strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with customer to determine destination, transport, dates, and accommodations.
• Arrange air, rail, car, hotel bookings and related travel services.
• Understand international travel basics, including fares, pricing, and documentation.
• Adhere to Travel Policy guidelines and act as consultative advisor to clients.
• Compute travel costs using GDS or other booking tools and resources.
• Assist customers with changes, special requests, and issue resolution.
• Quality control each reservation before ticketing.
