Job summary

PRIME AE Group is seeking an Associate Vice President of Transportation - Pennsylvania Lead to drive growth and lead Pennsylvania operations from either Harrisburg or Pittsburgh offices. You will oversee design/construction activities, mentor teams, and manage major client relationships with PennDOT, PTC, and regional agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 20+ years of transportation design engineering experience with leadership in an engineering consulting environment.
• Experience with PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects.
• Familiarity with LRFD and AASHTO guidelines.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary transportation programs and teams.
• Proven ability to grow business and lead successful pursuits.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation operations across Pennsylvania and align with company goals and growth objectives.
• Oversee revenue, backlog, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Guide design and construction teams to deliver high-quality transportation projects.
• Mentor transportation professionals across experience levels.

• Support marketing efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and proposals.
• Represent PRIME AE in professional organizations and industry networks.
