Qualifications

10+ years of technical program management experience across large-scale software development.
5+ years leading and retaining engineering or program management teams in high-growth tech environments.
Proven track record managing technical program portfolios across complex, multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

Executive Management & Collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional executives to align priorities and manage dependencies.
Team Leadership & Mentorship of a mature group of TPMs, fostering trust and long-term career growth.
Operating Model Transformation: design and embed delivery rhythms, planning frameworks, and risk standards.
Strategic Execution & De-escalation: translate narratives into actionable structures and measurable outcomes.
Process Optimization: partner with engineering leadership to improve software delivery and productivity.
