Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead and scale TPM strategy across geographies, product portfolios, and collaborator groups. You will set the vision, operating model, playbooks, governance, and cadences to enable repeatable program delivery.

You will drive velocity, quality, accountability, and business impact while transforming the TPM organization with automation, AI-enabled workflows, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of related experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership.
• Experience at Director-level scope in scaled software, SaaS, infrastructure, or technology.
• Proven track record leading large-scale engineering, product, or TPM transformations across multi-geography organizations.
• Strong background establishing quality expectations and cross-functional accountability.
