Job summary

OpenTable, a Booking Holdings company, in San Francisco, seeks a Director of Technical Program Management to lead a mature TPM team across product and engineering verticals. You will partner with senior executives and mentor IC TPMs to drive execution and transform delivery models in an AI-accelerated landscape.

Hybrid work: come to the SF office two days a week, with flexible collaboration across time zones. Salary range $240,000 - $260,000 plus bonus and equity eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management across large-scale software programs.
• 5+ years leading and growing engineering or PM teams in high-growth tech.
• Proven track record managing portfolios across complex organizations.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture, dependencies, and releases with engineers.
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate priorities into concrete plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Lead and mentor a mature team of TPMs, fostering trust and growth.
• Design and embed operating rhythms, planning frameworks, and risk standards.
• Translate executive narratives into actionable program structures and timelines.
• Improve software delivery practices with modern tooling and metrics.
