Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Experience in budgeting, policy development, and municipal operations.
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and intergovernmental relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop consensus with Town Council on the community vision and plan policies accordingly.
• Supervise Town staff, set goals, and enhance service delivery.
• Direct annual budget preparation, monitor execution, and advise Town Council on finances.
• Prepare council agendas and provide timely information for informed actions.
