Qualifications

• 15+ years in HR, compensation, and benefits leadership.
• Healthcare HR leadership within an integrated health system preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; Certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, planning, budgeting, and execution of Total Rewards programs across Baptist Health.
• Provide oversight for compensation, benefits, and employee health services.
• Partner with HR and executive leadership to align Total Rewards strategies with organizational priorities.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and standardization across Total Rewards programs.
• Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards matters.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all Total Rewards programs.
• Develop and execute Total Rewards communication strategies with Corporate Communications.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes; adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely execution of annual cycles and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop high-performing Total Rewards teams.
