Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, English, public relations, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic content, thought leadership, executive communications, corporate communications, or professional services marketing.
• Experience within consulting, engineering, construction, real estate, infrastructure, legal, accounting, or other professional services organizations.
• Experience developing thought leadership programs.
• Experience using generative AI platforms for ideation and research.
• Auditing AI generated copy for factual accuracy.
• Proven experience writing for senior executives and subject matter experts.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation storytelling capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling content.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic content initiatives aligned with business priorities, growth objectives, and market opportunities.
• Lead briefing and creation of thought leadership content (articles, white papers, reports, perspectives, blogs, executive commentaries).
• Establish and manage editorial calendars to support market visibility and business objectives.
• Ensure content reflects the firm’s brand, voice, and quality standards.
• Create keynote speeches, conference presentations, panel talking points, executive briefs, and presentation scripts.
• Translate technical, operational, and commercial content into engaging visual narratives.
• Establish presentation best practices and drive consistency across communications.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing colleagues to enhance presentation quality.
• Lead development of sector, service line, and corporate value propositions.
• Support strategic marketing and lead generation campaigns through effective positioning and content.
• Ensure messaging consistency across marketing, communications, and pursuit materials.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
