Qualifications

• Led engineering organizations in digital agencies, consultancies, or product teams.
• Deep expertise in modern software architecture, web tech, cloud platforms, and engineering best practices.
• Strong AI knowledge and applying AI to engineering workflows and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision for Instrument's engineering practice and client relationships.
• Champions AI adoption and builds AI-enabled delivery capabilities across teams.
• Guide architecture, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability for complex digital products.
• Mentor engineering managers and technical leads, fostering technical excellence and inclusive leadership.
• Partner with Delivery, Design, and Product to shape long-term roadmaps and staffing plans.
