Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development in a leadership role
• Proficient across UI, APIs, business logic, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Deep expertise in .NET (modern and Framework) and C#
• Strong front-end experience with Angular and React
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures
• Hands-on Azure experience (App Services, Functions, DevOps, security) and secure coding practices
• Practical AI-first and agentic engineering experience and mentoring others

Responsibilities

• Direct engineering leaders and influence across teams
• Define and evolve the technical roadmap and architecture standards
• Lead AI-first engineering adoption and secure SDLC
• Contribute as a full-stack individual contributor on critical features
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customers; ensure clear communication
