Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a high-performing backend/full-stack team. You will translate product goals into practical plans, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable SaaS solutions.

You will champion AI-first workflows, collaborate across the organization, and balance technical debt with timely product delivery in a remote-first setup across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building scalable SaaS products.
• Comfortable working in cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 APIs is a plus.
• Experience with F#, or strong C# skills and motivation to learn functional programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineers through regular 1:1s and feedback.
• Translate product goals into engineering plans and deliverables.
• Drive architectural decisions and maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and other leads to align dependencies.
• Embed AI into daily workflows and mentor the team in AI adoption.
• Remain hands-on while guiding the team to balance quality and speed.
