Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking an Executive Search Sourcer, Technology, for a 9-month contract to lead research and sourcing phases of executive searches for technology leadership roles. You will map markets, build pipelines, and provide market intelligence to support recruitment decisions.

The role emphasizes targeted outreach, calibration with recruiters, and handoff of qualified candidates to Principal Executive Recruiters. Remote work is available within the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7–10 years in talent acquisition, executive research, sourcing, or search.
• Experience supporting senior-level or executive technology searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and discovery with a Principal Executive Recruiter and hiring leader to understand business context and desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements into focused sourcing strategies and target profiles.
• Conduct executive research, organizational mapping, and market intelligence to identify prospective technology leaders.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, diverse executive talent pipelines for critical technology leadership roles.
• Engage prospective executive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach.
