Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Technology Project Planning Lead in New York, NY to act as the primary liaison among S2 Partners and Flagstar leadership. You will coordinate complex logistics, executive calendars, and cross‑functional collaboration across technology and business lines.

You will manage communications, site visits, and strategic planning events, while driving accountability for deliverables and ensuring executive alignment with S2 transformation priorities.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / GED or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 6+ years in executive coordination, partner relations, executive support, or chief of staff roles supporting senior technology leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive‑level presentations, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Preferred: College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for S2 Partners and coordinates communications, meetings, and deliverables with the executive leadership team.
• Facilitates coordination across the executive leadership team, managing meeting logistics, agendas, and follow‑ups for steering committees and briefings.
• Coordinates press releases, internal communications, and announcements related to S2 partnerships.
• Plans and executes S2 Partner site visits, collaboration sessions, and working sessions including venue coordination and materials preparation.
• Coordinates travel arrangements and logistics for partner conferences and executive site visits.
• Tracks action items and commitments across S2 Partner engagements and escalates blockers to leadership as needed.
• Supports onboarding activities, coordination of executive relationship mapping, and introductions between partner leadership and Flagstar executives.
• Acts as liaison between the artificial intelligence team and business units to identify high‑value use cases and governance intake processes.
• Delivers AI coaching sessions for business leaders and develops a network of AI champions across business units.
• Owns the enterprise education program, schedules content refresh, and converts partner demonstration material into reusable Flagstar education content.
