Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Lead Analyst for Technology & Executive Services in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role supports C-suite and Executive Committee members with advanced IT services, AV, and collaboration tools in a critical-office setting.

You will partner across IT, facilities, HR, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable executive technology and event support, with focus on continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma practices.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives in high-impact technology environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and executive-facing service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows, iOS, macOS, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Active Directory, enterprise applications, MDM.
• Travel willingness for executive meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, high-touch support for C-suite leaders and Executive Committee members.
• Partner with IT, facilities, HR, AV teams, and vendors to resolve issues and improve support.
• Maintain endpoint readiness, security posture, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate executive technology initiatives, including device refreshes and workstation standards.
• Maintain process guides, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
