Job summary

Target seeks an Assets Protection Team Leader to guide security efforts across our store, focusing on protecting guests and assets while maintaining store performance. You will lead a team, execute security plans, and respond to incidents with a strong emphasis on ethical conduct and guest safety.

You will develop and coach your team, manage staffing and budgets for merchandise protection, and collaborate with store leadership to reduce loss and enhance store operations.

Qualifications

• Leading a security culture, including crisis response, a strong safety environment and crowd management planning.
• Implementing daily/weekly Assets Protection workload priorities to support business priorities and deliver on goals.
• Responding to external and internal theft incidents and preventing future theft.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and ensure operations align with targets.
• Actively observe and provide feedback, holding team accountable while recognizing good moments.
• Reviews area metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements in guest experience.
• Support store sales and profitability by ensuring products are in stock and accessible to guests.
• Lead a team of hourly teammates, including coaching and development.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct and compliance; ensure accountability.
