Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader - Assets Protection in Charleston, SC. You will lead security, risk mitigation and loss prevention while developing AP leaders in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive safety standards, team development and strategic responses to theft and shortages, while coordinating with store leadership to protect guests and assets. This role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent and strong communication, analytics, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and profitability by ensuring product is in stock and available.
• Lead safe and secure culture, drive crisis response and risk mitigation.
• Educate store leaders on emergency preparedness and physical security.
• Identify shortage risks and develop strategies to prevent loss.
• Lead AP trainings and develop Team Leaders and associates.
• Oversee internal investigations and external theft responses.
• Plan staffing and recruit for district/market needs.
• Partner with Store Director and district leadership on AP priorities.
• Model safety culture and accountability across teams.
• Respond as first in-store incident leader and support guest service.
