Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Sourcing Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition in Dallas, TX (Hybrid) or Remote, to lead our executive sourcing team across the U.S. and Manila. You will develop proactive talent strategies, drive pipeline development, and leverage sourcing technologies to engage top executives.

The ideal candidate brings deep search expertise, strong leadership, and advanced sourcing capabilities to continuously improve scalability and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of executive sourcing, executive search, or talent acquisition experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting or sourcing teams.
• Experience supporting executive-level searches.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and executive research tools.
• Advanced technical sourcing skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and market research.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive and senior leadership searches.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical leadership positions.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to develop targeted search strategies and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines.
