Job summary

Nissan in Franklin, TN is seeking a Talent Planning Analyst to design, develop and administer Talent Management practices across the Americas. The role focuses on executive promotion, onboarding, succession planning and talent assessment with a strong emphasis on DEI and leadership development.

The position requires collaboration with HR, leadership and regional teams to ensure governance, program effectiveness and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning and development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating with global/regional leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end executive promotion, onboarding and communication processes.
• Lead Americas-wide succession planning discussions and NAC coordination.
• Manage talent assessment processes and data for stakeholders.
• Support career pathing, development planning and executive interview prep.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Management and HR partners on program delivery.
