Job summary

Crux AI, a U.S.-based integrated AI infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Head of People Ops to own the technology, data, and processes behind HR as the company scales from startup to enterprise. You will lead the building of the HR stack and drive people programs.

You will partner across Recruiting, Total Rewards, Finance, IT and Legal, deliver analytics for headcount, pay and workforce decisions, and shape compensation, benefits and onboarding as the organization grows in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR and talent operations experience.
• Implemented a modern HR tech stack in a lean, AI-enabled environment.
• Hands-on experience leading high visibility projects in compensation, benefits, performance, L&D, recruiting and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the core HR stack — HRIS as the system of record, ATS and recruiting operations, and the platforms supporting compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and equity administration.
• Beyond systems, you serve as the operational engine behind annual comp planning, open enrollment, and multi-jurisdiction compliance, while delivering the people analytics that leadership uses to make headcount, pay, and workforce decisions.
• Contribute broadly and have HRBP and Generalist responsibilities.
• Partner across Recruiting, Total Rewards, Finance, IT, and Legal.
